Instruction to Submit the Form
  • Fill all the details in the form & click submit button. You will be getting a Control Number.
  • To confirm that your form has been submitted visit the SEARCH option and check your enrolment number after  24 hrs of submitting your form (Leaving the day of submission except Saturday & Sunday). You will be shown the details which you have submitted.
  • Please keep a record of submission of date and time and the Control Number.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING UP THE FORM
   
1. Students should submit the examination form only once for each Term-end Examination.
   
2.
  • Examination form without examination centre code will not be accepted. Students are advised to select any exam centre suitable to them from the list of exam centres. However allocation exam centre may depend on activitation and availability of space etc.
  • However, if Exam Centre chosen by you is not activated. you will be alloted another Exam Centre under the same region.
  • Change of examination centre, once allotted is not permissible under any circumstances.
   
3. It is advisable that students fill-up the examination form without waiting for the result of the previous exam; if taken, and also retain the proof of its mailing.
   
4. If you do not receive Examination Intimation Slip before one week of commencement of examination, please contact your Examination Centre/Study Centre, and if your name exists in the list of the registered candidates, you can take examination by showing your identity card.
   
5. A) Students of B.A. / B.Com / B.Sc./BCA, BTS programmes can take examination for courses up to 48 credits. Students can appear in the courses of resepctive programmes only after completion of minimum period of study specific for the relevant course/programme. However student of B.A../B.Sc./B.Com./BTS/BSW programme can appear in foundation courses after six months of study.
B) If courses opted are in excess of this limit, only the first permissible number of courses will be considered.
 
6. A) Normally the Study Centre is the examination centre. However, the University can allot you an alternative examination centre if your Study Centre is not declared an examination centre.
B) In case you wish to take examination at a particular centre the code of your chosen centre (Provided it is activated for your Programme) be filled up as exam centre code.
 
7. Only Such candidates shall be eligible to appear at the examination who have paid necessary programme fee and their registration is valid.
